NAACP National Office Hosts Public Hearing in Cleveland on Voter Suppression
WHO: NAACP National Civic Engagement Department and Youth & College Division, Cleveland NAACP Branch, Cleveland NAACP Youth Council
WHAT: The NAACP National Office, along with the NAACP Cleveland Branch and Youth Council, will host a public hearing to gather information about voter suppression practices, trends and experiences. The NAACP will record public testimony for the purpose of producing a State-by-State analysis of election administration practices, providing recommendations for the State Boards of Elections and providing a list of policy recommendations for federal election reform.
